METAL GUARD Transmission provides outstanding protection for automatic and manual transmissions. Using innovative non-corrosive Advanced Oil Film technology, it protects moving metal components from wear and damage during their service life. Metal Guard Transmission forms an ultra-thin and extremely durable oil film on metal surfaces, protecting them far more effectively than the base fluids used in transmissions during standard operation. Metal Guard is suitable for both everyday use in cars, trucks, construction and agricultural machinery, as well as in the gearboxes of performance and racing vehicles.

Metal Guard Transmission can be used not only in gearboxes. It is ideal for differentials and bridges, as well as all other automotive and industrial transmissions.

Metal Guard Transmission brilliantly reduces friction of moving parts, thus lowering operating temperatures, quieting transmission operation, improving shifting and significantly extending transmission life. It improves lubrication and oil flow throughout the system, as well as reducing the amount of metal contaminants and filings in the oil, thus aiding filter operation.

Importantly, compared to some competitor products, Metal Guard Transmission does not contain molybdenum or ceramisers. Throughout its lifecycle, Metal Guard Transmission maintains the oil's structure - it does not create hard surfaces inside the lubrication system, does not change the structure and does not weaken any gearbox components or other systems. With an oil change, Metal Guard Transmission is removed from the system, so it should be used every time the oil is changed.

How to use:

Metal Guard Transmission should be applied with an oil change in the gearbox, differential or any other transmission.
In manual transmissions and any other gearboxes, we use 60 ml of Metal Guard Transmission for every litre of oil in the transmission.
In automatic transmissions, we use 300 ml of the product for 6 to 9 litres of oil.
For motorbikes with a single lubrication system for the engine and transmission (including those with a wet clutch), we recommend using Metal Guard Transmission.
The product does not contain volatile substances and solvents. It contains synthetic hydrocarbons and advanced chemical mixture technology. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly and protects against corrosion.

Note:

Do not use in CVT-type automatic transmissions.

COMPATIBILITY

Our products have been tested with all common oils, as well as a large number of specialty oils and lubricants. The only instances where incompatibility was found were:

1. Toyota 0W20 oil containing long-chain calcium salicylate
2. automatic continuously variable transmissions of the CVT type

For the other tests, no incompatibilities were found.
