The product combines cleaning and preliminary protection – it removes deposits whilst lubricating metal components even whilst the flush is in operation. It has been developed with safety in mind – free from aggressive solvents, it does not damage seals or rubber components. Using the product can improve engine performance and oil efficiency after an oil change. The 400ml version is convenient for use in most engines and is ideal for units requiring 5–6 litres of engine oil.
The flush effectively removes carbon deposits, sludge and contaminants from inside the engine. It improves the cleanliness of the lubrication system, which translates into better lubrication after an oil change, quieter engine operation and reduced fuel and oil consumption. With products such as Metal Guard Engine Flush, an additional benefit is the lubricating function, which protects mechanical components even during the flushing process.
Features
- removes carbon deposits, sludge and contaminants from inside the engine
- has lubricating properties – protects the engine during the flushing process
- safe for seals, O-rings and rubber components
- environmentally friendly – formula free from aggressive volatile solvents
- safe for particulate filters
Benefits
- improves engine performance – less noise and vibration
- better lubrication from the first start-up after flushing
- reduces wear on mechanical parts
- prepares the engine for the next oil change, increasing its efficiency
- acts as protection against corrosion and wear during periods of inactivity
- can be used in cars, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, etc.
How to flush the engine correctly?
The flush should be added immediately before the scheduled oil change. The engine should be warmed up to operating temperature. The product is added to the old oil to clean the engine before adding new lubricant.
1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
2. Add the entire contents of the bottle (400 ml) to the old engine oil.
3. Run the engine at idle for about 30 minutes or drive for a maximum of 20 minutes, without exceeding 2,500 rpm.
4. Drain the used oil, replace the oil filter and top up with new oil in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.
The flushing agent should only be used temporarily – for a maximum of 20 minutes of driving at low revs (up to 2,500 rpm) or 30 minutes of idling. Do not exceed this time, as the product is not intended for long-term use in the lubrication system.

COMPATIBILITY
Our products have been tested with all common oils, as well as a large number of specialty oils and lubricants. The only instances where incompatibility was found were:
1. Toyota 0W20 oil (Metal Guard Engine)
2. automatic continuously variable transmissions of the CVT type (Metal Guard Transmission)
For the other tests, no incompatibilities were found.
